Kids and costumes



I went to Warragul last week to take some baby things to an old student of mine. She'd just had the baby the day before. I got to hang out at Warragul Hospital with the cousins and hold this cute one day old little boy. I look weird in this photo because I was trying to get the girl taking it to hold the camera still.



Here are some photos of Tim getting his costume ready for Lament, the gothic resurrection story retold at Abbotsford Convent.

This was my absolute highlight of the show, when Tim got up out of the table (i mean out of the earth), dressed up as a soviet city, and started howling and garrumping in the most ferociously feral way. Not feral, primal. Yah, both feral and primal.

"oaegoahtaeghteeoaui!" the city cried anguished as it battled the other city.
